Terms and Conditions

1. Lesson Scheduling:

   • The driving school will work with the student to schedule lessons at a mutually agreed upon time and location.

   • The student must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson, or the full lesson fee will be charged.
     
     A cancellation does not automatically refund payment of products or services. 

2. Student Requirements:

   • The student must have a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit and must be physically and mentally capable of operating a motor vehicle.

   • The student must follow all traffic laws and regulations during lessons.

3. Payment:

   • For bank transfer payments students must pay for lessons in advance and send a receipt of transfer to Top %.
     
     For cash payments students can pay for the lesson when they see the instructor.

   • Any fees for late rescheduling or cancelling a lesson will be deducted from the student’s account.
     
     All fees are in Australian Dollars.

4. Code of Conduct:

   • The student is expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner during lessons.

   • The instructor may terminate a lesson if the student is behaving inappropriately.

5. Privacy Policy:

   • The driving school may use technology to record lessons for training purposes.
     
     The student consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their image in prints and electronic media, including the internet and social media platforms.

6. Price Change:

   • Top % reserves the right to make changes to the Service, including modifying or discontinuing it, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
     
     The prices of all Services offered by Top % are subject to change, and these changes may occur without prior notice.
     
     In the event of any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, Top % will not be held liable to you or any third party.

7. Privacy Policy:

   • The driving school will provide qualified and licensed instructors who have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the necessary certifications to teach driving lessons.
